Terms and Conditions of Sale

The regulations set the terms for the provision of sales services through the online store operating under the domain: www.lovelylinenshop.eu. It is a document required under Article 13 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).

The store Lovelylinenshop.eu is operated by M-EXPO Limited Liability Company, with its registered office at Pieczarkowa 39, 05-807 Terenia, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000740972, NIP 7393917198.

The M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. store declares that it is an official distributor of the offered products and guarantees their full quality and originality.

• All products available in the M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. store assortment are authentic, sourced directly from manufacturers or licensed suppliers, and meet all required quality standards.

• The M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. store commits to delivering only new, unused products in their original packaging from the manufacturer, along with all necessary accessories and instructions.

• Purchases made through the M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. store ensure customers full protection against counterfeit products. In case of any doubts regarding the authenticity of a product, the customer has the right to contact the store for necessary confirmations.

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. also monitors and controls the origin and distribution of products to prevent any attempts to introduce counterfeit products into the market.

BUYER has the right to negotiate any provisions of the contract with the Seller, including changes to the following regulations – within the limits allowed by applicable regulations. These negotiations require written form to be valid. In the event the BUYER decides not to pursue the possibility of concluding a contract through individual negotiations, the following regulations shall apply.

§2 Definitions
ONLINE STORE – means that the SALES CONTRACT or service provision is concluded electronically, and if the contract party is a CONSUMER, it is subject to the terms described in the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).

CLIENT – a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit not being a legal entity, to whom specific provisions grant legal capacity, who enters or intends to enter into a contract or uses other services offered via the ONLINE STORE.

CONSUMER – A CLIENT, a natural person, who makes a legal transaction with the SELLER unrelated directly to their business activities – precise definition – Civil Code, Article 22.

PRODUCT – a good offered for sale or a service offered in the ONLINE STORE.

REGULATIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the ONLINE STORE.

SALES CONTRACT – a product sales contract concluded remotely via the ONLINE STORE.

ORDER – a statement made electronically or by phone expressing the intention to conclude a contract (order a product or service).

NEWSLETTER – a service provided electronically by the SELLER, involving sending commercial and promotional information to the interested party’s email address.
