M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. declares that it is the official distributor of the products offered and guarantees their full quality and authenticity.
All products available in the assortment of M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. are genuine, sourced directly from manufacturers or licensed distributors, and meet all required quality standards.
The store commits to delivering only new, unused products in the manufacturer’s original packaging, including all relevant accessories and instructions.
Purchases made through M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. guarantee full protection against counterfeits. If the customer has any doubts regarding product authenticity, they have the right to contact the Store for confirmation.
To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, M-EXPO Sp. z o.o. also undertakes to monitor and control the origin and distribution of products to prevent any attempt to introduce counterfeit goods to the market.
The BUYER has the right, before placing an order, to negotiate any provisions of the contract with the Seller, including those that amend the following Terms and Conditions – within the limits permitted by law. For validity, such negotiations must be conducted in writing. If the Buyer decides not to engage in individual negotiations, the following Terms and Conditions shall apply.
§2 Definitions
ONLINE STORE – means that a SALES AGREEMENT or service agreement is concluded electronically and, if the other party is a CONSUMER, it is governed by the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).
CLIENT – a natural person, as well as a legal person or organizational unit not being a legal person but having legal capacity granted by special regulations, who enters into or intends to enter into an agreement or uses other services offered through the ONLINE STORE.
CONSUMER – a CLIENT who is a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the SELLER not directly related to their business activity, as defined precisely in Article 22 of the Civil Code.
PRODUCT – a good offered for sale or a service offered in the ONLINE STORE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the ONLINE STORE.
SALES AGREEMENT – a distance agreement for the sale of a PRODUCT concluded via the ONLINE STORE.
ORDER – a declaration made electronically or by phone expressing the intention to enter into a contract (to order a product or service).
NEWSLETTER – a service provided electronically by the SELLER, involving the distribution of commercial and promotional information to the email address provided by the interested party.
